I have decided to finally lose my excess weight a concerted effort of excercise and diet.
For too long it has held me back (sometimes literally) and now I wish to look really good naked ( which is the real reason)
But how to achieve this? via video fitness, wieght watchers ( been doing that for years looking at my belly) food intake diaries?
No after long research i have decided eating less and excercise may be the radical solution to my problem.
And so i embark on a voyage of discovery to the land of being attractive and desired.

It is my firm belief that the only truly successful way to lose the weight - and keep it off - is to focus on being healthy - that means healthy eating rather than dieting, which is nearly always unhealthy.
